How we work
Small on purpose
No layers, no ceremonies. Whoever writes the code talks to the customer and owns it in production.
Remote, async-first
Work is written down in the repo: plans, handoffs, decisions. Meetings are the exception.
Honest engineering
We publish our status, our pricing and our limitations. The same standard applies inside: no vanity metrics, no fake urgency.
