Billing questions

How do I add money?

Top up any amount from $1 on the Billing page of the dashboard. You pay by card through Stripe checkout; tax is added at checkout where it applies. Your balance works on every live engine: ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Copilot, Grok, Google AI Mode, Google Search, and Google News.

Can my balance top itself up?

Not automatically. Turn on auto top-up on the Billing page of the dashboard and save an amount: the dashboard then offers it as a one-click top-up. Nothing is charged until you click, and you can switch it off at any time.

How do the free requests work?

Every new account gets 100 free requests at signup, on any engine, no card needed. Each request uses one, whatever the engine. Free requests are used before your balance, and a request that fails gives its free request back.

Can I get more free requests?

Yes: write a review, link to us, or introduce yourself in our community, then claim the bonus on the Billing page of the dashboard. Each approved program adds 1,000 free requests, once per program.

When am I charged?

Only when a request returns a successful result. An accepted request reserves its maximum possible cost; on success it is charged the actual cost, and if it fails after automatic retries the reservation is released and nothing is charged.

How do price tiers work?

Your tier follows what you spent over the last 30 days. When that spend reaches a tier's threshold, your next request is priced at that tier. You drop a tier only when your 30-day spend falls below half of your current tier's threshold. Every account starts at Starter.

Are queued tasks charged?

No. Tasks are charged when they complete. Clearing your queue deletes the tasks that have not started, at no cost.

What happens when my balance runs out?

New requests are refused with 403 INSUFFICIENT_CREDITS until you top up. Nothing is billed beyond your balance.

How many requests can run at once?

As many as you send. There is no concurrency cap and no per-second request limit, and your async queue holds about 100,000 typical tasks at a time. The API paces execution against each engine's rate limits.

Can I check my balance from code?

Yes. GET /v1/credits returns your remaining balance in dollars. Synchronous responses also carry X-Credits-Remaining and X-Credits-Charged, both in dollars.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds follow the law that applies to you and the policy of our merchant of record. A refund reduces your balance by the refunded amount.

Is there a referral program?

Yes. Share the link on the Referrals page of your dashboard and earn 40% of what the accounts that sign up through it spend on ChatGPT, Gemini, Google News, and Perplexity usage, for 1 year from each account's first payment. If a payment is refunded, the commission is reduced by the same share. Commissions are paid as account balance worth 10% more, or monthly in cash by PayPal or Wise, once they reach $50; the affiliate program page has the full terms.
